The Whataburger is to be on the east side of the 300 block of South Power Road and the north side of the 6800 block of East Broadway Road in Mesa.

A Whataburger restaurant with a drive-thru is to be constructed north of Broadway Road on the east side of Power Road in Mesa.

The 1-acre development’s look and landscaping were discussed March 12 by the Mesa Design Review Board. Chair Scott Thomas was absent.

The site was previously developed as a bank with a drive-thru ATM, Staff Planner Sean Pesek said during the meeting.
