West Valley cities and The West Valley Arts Council will present HOLA: Highlighting Our Local Artists, a multi-city temporary public art initiative.
This year’s HOLA theme is “Light,” inviting artists to explore concepts such as illumination, refraction, shadow, reflection, the movement of the sun, transparency, any other conceptual or symbolic interpretation of light.
For the program kickoff, WVAC invites all Arizona artists interested in fostering relationships among local artists and the public art process to a free HOLA information panel from 6–8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Desert Diamond Casinos West Valley.
