The facility is proposed on a vacant 1.34-acre parcel, which will include a 1,708 square foot oil change facility. Three service stalls are in the plans, meaning the facility is required to include six parking spaces and one ADA space by city code.
For landscaping, the company plans to use low-water use/ drought-tolerant plants favored by the Arizona Department of Water Resources (Phoenix Active Management Area). The primary colors of the building would be earthtones and red brick accented with gray trim and entryways.
