Surprise arts commission calls special meeting for Saturday

A special meeting of the Surprise Arts and Cultural Advisory Commission has been called for this weekend at the new Surprise Community and Resource Center.

The seven-person board, which advises the Surprise City Council on public art, cultural programs, and local arts funding, will meet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26 in the Board Room of the new center at 12641 W. Santa Fe Drive.
