CEBV, an Indivisible-affiliated grassroots and nonpartisan organization, empowers Arizonans to make their voices heard at the local level. CEBV provides voters with practical tools to engage meaningfully on the issues that matter most to them, accordint to a media release.
Founded by a small group of women after the 2016 federal election, CEBV began by helping residents navigate the Arizona Legislature’s Request to Speak system. The organization has expanded its work to include tracking legislative activity, training voters to provide testimony, and developing programs such as the Youth Fellowship and High School Voter Registration initiatives.
