Shepherd of the Hills United Methodist Church invites anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one to participate in one of two free grief support programs designed to provide hope, healing and compassionate companionship.
From 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, GriefShare returns with a new 13-week session meeting in the Fellowship Hall, 13658 W. Meeker Blvd.
Rooted in Biblical principles, GriefShare combines engaging video lessons, a participant workbook, and supportive group discussions to help individuals understand the grieving process and discover practical tools for healing after the loss of a loved one. All course materials are free.
