Walczak: COA officials give thanks to members in Sun City

A short note to our members: The Condo Owners Association of Sun City would like to take this time to let you know that we appreciate you and to thank you for your support throughout the years.

Our team has always been happy to serve the condo associations in Sun City by presenting workshops, training board members, resolving issues and assisting with the day-to-day efforts to operate your associations.

The COA would like to take this time to inform our present, past and future members that we will be lowering our membership cost to $6 per unit with a maximum total of $160 for the 2021 year! In trying to decide what the COA could do for our members to help them through these difficult times, we thought that the best way to thank you is to revert to our fees from several years ago.

This has been a challenging year for everyone. However, we will come out of it, but in the meantime, we are here for you now and will be here for you in the future!
