When Bill and Amy Kremer first opened Pinnacle Mobility Scooters in the Kings Inn Shopping Center, at 10659 W. Grand Ave., Suite 9, they hoped to help people find the right equipment to stay mobile. A year later, they say the relationships they’ve built with customers have become just as important as the scooters they sell.
“It’s been a year of really positive experiences with people,” Bill said. “We’ve made some great relationships with folk.”
Since opening Aug. 29, 2025, the Kremers have watched their business grow from 1,300 square feet to 3,100, they’ve brought in new machines and plan to introduce lift chairs and loved working with each other.
