OPINION — First, I agree with Pep Provateare’s in the May 6 edition of the Independent, referencing the voting issue.
In my opinion, Recreation Centers of Sun City is using the liability excuse to prevent Sun City residents from having a convenient place to vote.
Those of us that live in Sun City pay our yearly assessment to RCSC for, among other things, being able to use the facilities. There apparently is no liability for all the events that is described so aptly by Pep, but voting creates a liability?
