McCarty: Sun City's Mountain View only needs new fitness center

I say to only create a more modern fitness center at Mountain View.

Most of the residents here, myself included, hardly use these buildings. You will make the mistake and create large buildings that only non-Sun City residents will come in and use.

Spend the money on making the actual Sun City more attractive. Make a walking trail, add an attractive cafe at the rec center where people can visit and meet. Make the community more modern and attractive like Sun City Grand.
