Scottsdale firm hires Tom Colceri as new business development manager

Landmark Title Assurance Agency recently hired Tom Colceri to fill the position of business development manager.
In his new role, Colceri will focus on expanding Landmark Title’s customer relationships in the north Scottsdale area, according to a press release.
Colceri has spent more than 25 years building a career in business development and working in the real estate sector all while building an extensive resume in the golf community. Colceri previously held positions at Silverleaf Club, Desert Mountain Club, and DC Ranch Country Club to name a few. In addition to these positions, he worked as a real estate agent for Berkshire Hathaway.
“We are excited to have Tom join our team in North Scottsdale. His extensive experience in business development and network in the real estate and golfing community is a real plus,” said Kristi Smith, executive vice president at Landmark Title.
Landmark Title is headquartered in Phoenix where the company operates six offices in the greater Phoenix area, one in Prescott and two in Nevada. Plans are underway to open more offices in 2022, the press release stated.
