Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with 41 burglaries in Surprise, police said.

Daniel Davis, 52, and Todd Schlarbaum, 43, were taken into custody without incident after Surprise and Glendale SWAT teams executed search warrants at two properties, covering more than 25 acres and 16 structures, according to a Surprise Police Department release.

Authorities allege the items were taken between November 2024 and May 2025 from vehicles and garages that were entered through unlocked doors or using stolen garage remotes.

The suspects were identified with assistance from the Real Time Crime Center analysts using license plate readers and surveillance footage, police said.

Items stolen included firearms and a golf cart, police said.

The suspects are facing charges that include second-degree burglary and misconduct involving weapons, according to the release.
