James Beard Award-nominated Chef Gio Osso is teaming up with acclaimed local chefs, Chef Joshua Hebert and Chef Bernie Kantak, for a creative, collaborative dining experience, featuring pairings from Paso Robles’ Booker Wines, according to a press release.
Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail hour followed by the four-course wine-paired dinner. Additionally, attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a curated silent auction.
Tickets are priced at $375 per person (plus tax and gratuity), and seats are limited.
