Water took center stage at the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce’s City Council candidate forum Sept. 29, though Barry Graham and Raoul Zubia took very different tacks on the issue.

Candidate Michelle Ugenti-Rita, who is also running for one of the two seats open on council next year, did not participate in the forum.

Graham and Zubia both addressed the water issue head on, bringing it up in self-introductions at the beginning of the forum.
