The Dysart Unified School District is looking to add turf fields at all four of its high school stadiums, though it remains early in contract negotiations.
If a deal is reached, two fields would be converted the first year, and the remaining two a year after.
If the money is right and construction does not hit a snag, the goal is to have AstroTurf installed at Dysart and Willow Canyon high schools before the 2023 football season begins, with Shadow Ridge and Valley Vista following suit in time for the 2024-25 school year.
