Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $42 million sale of a multifamily community in Scottsdale recently.

Hayden Park, a 182-unit garden-style apartment community at 3015 N. Hayden Road, was sold to Rockwell Property Company, according to a press release.

Steven Nicoluzakis, David Fogler and Jaxx Davies of Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Investment Sales group represented the seller in the transaction.
