Scottsdale City Council candidates Barry Graham, Michelle Ugenti-Rita and Raoul Zubia raised and spent tens of thousands of dollars during the third quarter of the fiscal year in their bids for the last two seats available on the dais.

The three won the right to participate in the Nov. 3 runoff race after getting enough votes in the July primary race.

A fourth candidate, Bob Littlefield, also earned enough votes to participate in the runoff but has since dropped out of the race.
