Talking Stick Golf Club hosted 140 golfers in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community for the fifth annual Rosendin Foundation Golf Tournament and Auction, Oct. 20, to raise money for the foundation’s national grant program.
The tournament was highlighted by a $90,000 check presentation to the 100 Club of Arizona to fund 50 StormStick decontamination systems for fire trucks statewide, according to a press release.
In total, the foundation is presenting $290,000 to 13 Phoenix-area nonprofits supporting occupational, nutritional, emotional and whole health programs for veterans, children and communities across the region.
