Cheba Hut sandwich shop to open in south Scottsdale

Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs is opening a store at 2200 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 110 on Oct. 26.

The location is the 13th Cheba Hut in the Valley area and the latest milestone for franchise owners Justin and Michelle Lemos, who have opened five shops in less than two years. They launched in North Scottsdale in February 2025, followed with the 101 and Shea a month later, additionally taking over Paradise Valley from Cheba Hut headquarters in January and adding Arcadia in June.
