Size of financial disclosure on Better Together PAC looked at by state

The Arizona Attorney General’s Office is reviewing a complaint regarding the financial disclosures on campaign signs posted by the Better Together political action committee.

At the heart of the issue is whether the financial disclosures on the PAC’s signs are big enough.

The complaint was originally filed July 5 by Tempe resident Alex Logvin with the Secretary of State’s Office, which, in turn, referred it to the Attorney General’s office Oct. 7.
