They will be reviewing the proposed plan structure and revised goals and strategies, as well as providing feedback on the community’s long-term vision.
“The General Plan is Queen Creek’s long-range policy document for the next 10 years. It reflects a shared vision for the community and helps guide decisions related to growth, development, infrastructure, economic vitality, community character and quality of life,” according to a town press release.
The next community workshop will take place at 6 p.m., Wednesday in the Zane Grey Room at the Queen Creek Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road.
At the workshop, residents will:
Learn about the General Plan Update process and timeline
Review the proposed General Plan structure
Explore the revised goals and strategies
Ask questions and share feedback
Connect with town staff and the project team
Town residents unable to attend in person can still participate by visiting QueenCreekAZ.gov/PlanQC to view presentation materials and project updates, provide feedback and contribute to a virtual workshop.
