Labor Day weekend offers plenty of reasons to get out of the house around the Valley, but one of this weekend’s most memorable gatherings will also be a goodbye.

From a final round at a 68-year-old Buckeye watering hole to Black rodeo traditions in Scottsdale and a massive rock show with Arizona roots at Chase Field, here are a few ways to spend the holiday weekend — and, in one case, salute a West Valley institution before the lights go out for good.
