Peoria City Council approved a new amendment to its purchase and sale agreement with Opus Development Co., which has plans to build a speculative industrial space on 12.2 acres in the Peoria Innovation Core near the northeast corner of Amkor Way and 96th Avenue.
This is the agreement's sixth amendment and was required to come before council because it is related to parcels adjacent to the the Opus parcel — Lot 4 and Lot 5, which are city owned.
So far, the project's site plan has been submitted to the city, but escrow has not closed on the property.
