LD27 candidate, Glendale resident Howard answers election questions

Early voting has begun in Arizona and three candidates are vying for the district's two seats in the state house of representatives.

Legislative District 27 covers most of northern Glendale, a small portion of north Peoria and most of Peoria east and south of Loop 101, and a small chunk of west Phoenix.

Incumbent Republicans Lisa Fink (of Glendale) and Tony Rivero (of Peoria) will  face the challenge of Democrat Deborah Howard (of Glendale).
