Paradise Valley Police Department welcomes new officer to the force.

The Paradise Valley Police Department welcomed Officer Braeden Nielsen, who recently completed the Arizona POST waiver examination.

Nielsen joins PVPD after three years as a police officer with the Fairfield Police Department in Iowa.

The waiver examination is required for experienced law enforcement officers transitioning to Arizona from another state or qualifying jurisdiction.
