The Paradise Valley Police Department has welcomed David Foulke as its new police programs analyst, according to Town Manager Andrew Ching’s Sept. 18 weekly update.
Foulke joins the department after retiring from the Peoria Police Department, where he served for 28 years and eight months, most recently as a sergeant. He also served 22 years in the U.S. military, including as a Security Forces officer with the Arizona Air National Guard.
In his new role, Foulke will support PVPD’s recruitment and hiring efforts, including candidate outreach, recruitment initiatives and hiring processes.
