The 40-foot-tall building is to have a 132,544-square-foot first floor area and a 23,043-square-foot second floor area, Planner Charlotte Bridges wrote in a staff report.
The main entrance is at the building’s northeast corner and is marked by an approximately 1,200-square-foot entry plaza and 2,400-square-foot covered amenity patio, she said.
“The landscape plan shows trees, shrubs and ground cover within the perimeter landscape areas along the east, south and west property lines. Along the north property line, an extruded curb with shrubs is shown as a temporary buffer along the undeveloped edge of the project site,” Bridges said.
“Interior to the site, trees and shrubs are provided in the parking area islands and within the foundation base areas along the west, north and east sides of the building,” she said.
Sean Lake of Pew & Lake PLC is the applicant. AZ Greenfield Industrial LP is the owner.
ER2 is an IT services and technology lifecycle solutions company that helps organizations manage technology assets from start to finish, according to a written project narrative.
“At its core, ER2 specializes in end-to-end IT asset management supporting the entire lifecycle of technology equipment, starting with procurement and installation, continuing through tracking and management, and ending with secure disposal or recycling,” it states.
By consolidating its operations to one site, ER2 will bring together multiple business units to streamline operations and strengthen connectivity to the customers and technology community, it states.
The seven-member Planning and Zoning Board conducts hearings and make recommendations to the city council on requests for changes in zoning and on required site plans. It also considers and recommends changes in the city’s long-range plans and in the municipal code concerning planning and zoning matters. Members are appointed for staggered terms of three years.
