The Higley Center for the Performing Arts will present the Mark Wood Trans-Siberian Experience at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6.
Doors open at 6 p.m. The event is a repeat of last year’s sold-out performance and features a holiday and year-round concert experience inspired by the music of Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Van Helsing’s Curse, along with classic rock favorites.
Wood, an electric violinist and Juilliard-trained musician, was a founding member of Trans-Siberian Orchestra and helped propel the group to multiplatinum success during its early years. He also performed as part of Van Helsing’s Curse, a theatrical rock project created by Dee Snider of Twisted Sister.
