One of Gilbert's holiday traditions, the staging of A Christmas Carol at Hale Centre Theatre, begins its four-week run Nov. 29 and going through Christmas Eve.
The theater brings to life Charles Dickens' classic story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserly old man whose heart is transformed by the spirits of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come.
Showtimes are 5 and 8 p.m. Monday-Saturday through Dec. 11, then a 2 p.m. show will be added thereafter. Fridays are all 2,5 and 8 p.m. and Saturdays also have an 11 a.m. show.
Adult tickets are $55-$75, and youth ages 5-17 are $40-$54. No children under age 5 are permitted. Group and season ticket rates are only valid Nov. 29-Dec. 12.
