Gilbert Town Council to weigh notice for wastewater rate increase

Gilbert Town Council will weigh a notice of intent to increase rates on its wastewater services when it meets Tuesday.

The regular business meeting of council will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Gilbert Town Hall, 50 E. Civic Center Drive.

Council has two options in front of it to fund a five-year, $243 million plan to address needed maintenance and upgrades to the town's sewer and wastewater services.
