Gilbert retail property sells for $2.9 million

A multitenant retail property in Gilbert's Cooper Crossing center has sold for $2.9 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The property, located at 1561 N. Cooper Road, was acquired Aug. 27 by an entity tracing to Ricardo Klinovski. Seller entities trace to Bruce E. Wagner and Richard Louis Sevin.

No debt was recorded with the transaction, indicating the purchase was completed without financing.
