The town of Gilbert has been named one of America’s Healthiest 100 Workplaces, ranking No. 18 nationwide in the 2026 assessment of employee wellness and workplace health initiatives.
The recognition highlights organizations that promote employee well-being through wellness programs, benefits and workplace culture. Gilbert employs more than 1,700 people who provide municipal services throughout the community.
According to the town, the ranking reflects efforts to support employees’ physical, mental, financial and social well-being. Programs include annual biometric health screenings, mental health services, wellness challenges, a peer support program, preventive health initiatives and resources designed for first responders.
