Gilbert council postpones Residences at the Reserve apartment hearing

Gilbert Town Council postponed a decision on a proposed 121-unit apartment development near Gilbert and Germann roads after the applicant requested more time to revise the project’s design.

Council unanimously continued the public hearing on the Residences at the Reserve proposal to Sept. 1.

David Earl of Earl & Curley, the law firm representing the applicant, said the development team reconsidered the site plan after the Planning Commission raised concerns about its design and requested deviations from town standards.
