A visit to Santa’s Cottage is where Santa Claus is ready to take photos and make memories to last a lifetime. Santa’s Cottage is located on the lower level outside of Macy’s. A visit with Santa is always free and photo packages are available for purchase.

To reduce wait times, a visit can be pre-booked by clicking here, which also generates a free personalized digital message from the "man in the big red suit."

Pet parents can also get in on the holiday fun by attending Pet Nights with Santa, scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. on Mondays, Dec. 1 and Dec. 8, when four-legged family members can pose for their own “pawfect” photos with Santa. Chewy Vet Care will be on-site and will have some giveaways for pet owners and their four-legged friends.
For guests who appreciate a sensory-friendly environment, a Santa Cares session will be available to accommodate families with special needs before the shopping center opens for the day. Santa Cares will be from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7.
Visit shopchanderfashioncenter.com/santaphotos for additional information. Santa will be available during the following dates and times:

Each Friday in December, the season’s most iconic characters will convene at Chandler Fashion Center for family-friendly events from 5:30 to 7 p.m. each evening. Visitors can pose for photos with these special guests, enjoy retailer samples, make holiday cards and can spin a prize wheel.

Show support for 50 small businesses offering curated handmade goods starting Black Friday Weekend. The Holiday Vendor market will take place just outside the food court, near Harkins, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Nov. 28, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13.

The annual Angel Tree Toy Drive, in partnership the Salvation Army, will run through Sunday, Dec. 21. Visit the Angel Tree kiosk (located just outside the food court doors at the fenced patio area), take a tag off the tree, find the gift and return it to a volunteer.

The volunteers will ensure gifts get delivered to a deserving child. Cash gifts are also welcome and allow volunteers to shop on one's behalf.

Visit shopchandlerfashioncenter.com/holiday to learn more or make a donation online.
The Chandler Fire Department's annual toy drive and fire truck rides  are from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7. Anyone who donates a new, unwrapped toy or cash donation during the toy drive will get to enjoy photos and fire truck rides with the Chandler firefighters.

Donated toys will go to the Chandler CARE Center, where they will be distributed at a designated event to families in the Chandler Unified School District. The event will take place on the covered driveway near the food court entrance.

Streamline gifting this season by leaving the shopping center with gifts wrapped and ready to give. Gift-wrapping kiosks will be located in two areas in the center, outside the food court, near the Salvation Army Angel trees set, and on the lower level outside of Dillard’s.

Guests can get their gifts wrapped to help support the Salvation Army Angel tree program or other local charities throughout the season. Visit shopchandlerfashioncenter.com/holiday for more information on dates, times, availability and which charity is staffing each location.
