Chandler resident Jennifer Villalobos is Arizona Financial Credit Union’s newest board member.

Villalobos recently earned recognition as a “40 under 40” and an outstanding businesswoman by a Valley publication, according to a news release.

As an associate at Cushman & Wakefield, Villalobos has specialized in tenant representation and landlord leasing.

Villalobos’ volunteer work includes community advocacy. She co-founded Latinos Contra el Cáncer — the American Cancer Society’s first Latino-focused initiative to address disparities in cancer prevention and education.

Villalobos also serves on the board of the Valleywise Health Foundation, where she advocates for equitable healthcare access for Arizona’s most vulnerable populations.

The release states that as a first-generation Latina leader, Villalobos draws from her personal and professional journey to bridge gaps in access and opportunity. Her experience is in business development, philanthropy, and creating equity-focused programs.

“I am driven by the belief that true progress happens when we uplift others,” Villalobos said in the release. “Joining Arizona Financial’s Board of Directors gives me the platform to advocate for more inclusive financial opportunities and connect people with the resources they need to thrive.”
