Sun Lakes P.E.O. Chapter EN plans to host its annual P.E.O. Christmas luncheon on Saturday, Dec. 6 in the Oakwood Golf Club ballroom.
The theme for the event, to be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., is "A Star Sparkles."
All Chapter and Group members, visiting PEOs and guests are warmly encouraged to attend, according to a news release.
The reservation deadline is Saturday, Nov. 15.
The cost to attend is $32 per person. Mail a check for reservations made out to "P.E.O. Chapter EN" to Colleen Horngren, 10335 E. Sundridge Drive, Sun Lakes, AZ, 85248.
One check per chapter or group is encouraged, along with a printed list of attendees.
The event will include chapter vendor sales, the sale of raffle tickets for elegant gift baskets and social time. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m., followed by a holiday program and the raffle drawing.
Santa Claus will be available after lunch if anyone wants to take photos.
PEO stands for "Philanthropic Educational Organization." It's a sisterhood of women who are purposeful and passionate about celebrating, supporting and motivating women, with a mission of helping women around the world advance through education, the release states.
