When the restaurant opens in late January, Bubba’s 33 will be open daily for lunch and dinner Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to midnight, a press release explained.
The 7,900 square-foot restaurant will employ a staff of 200. Those interested in employment can apply in person at the hiring trailer between the restaurant and the Drury Inn, Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. or online at: https://becomearoadie.com/bubbas-jobslist.
With a dining room and open-air garage bar, the casual dining family restaurant features upbeat music, music videos, and for sports fans, wall-to-wall TVs, the release detailed. Its menu includes made-from-scratch, hand-stretched stone-baked pizza, fresh burgers, a signature half-pound burger, fresh wings, hand-breaded tenders, lasagna and marinated ribeye.
The new location is the 50th Bubba’s 33 in the nation and features an authentic garage bar with working garage doors, according to the release.
