Surprise Stadium’s summer schedule is starting up this week with USA Baseball bringing back its Summer Premier Championship Series for the next month.

The tournament schedule features the following: 17U National Team Championships (June 10 to 15), 16U National Team Championships (June 17 to 22), 15U National Team Championships (June 25 to 30) and 14U National Team Championships (July 2 to 7).

Games are scheduled between Tuesday, June 10 and Thursday, July 7 at the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers practice facilities at 15930 N. Bullard Ave.

Admission is $12 per day for ages 12 and above. Children under 12 are free. Tournament pass options are available for $40 for each series.

The games are opportunities for college coaches, professional scouts and USA Baseball Task Force members to evaluate the players.

The goal is to fill the rosters for the 15U National Team Program, the 13U/14U Athlete Development Program, the 16U/17U National Team Development Program and the 18U National Team Program.
