Surprise church project up for review at neighborhood meeting
Surprise has scheduled a development project neighborhood meeting for a proposed church project in north Surprise.
The meeting is set for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11 at Asante Preparatory School Media Center, 23251 N. 166th Drive.
Stephanie Watney of Withey Morris Baugh will host the meeting, regarding a zone change of approximately 9.74 acres from rural residential to community commercial to allow for the development of a Pure Heart Church campus with a commercial component.

The site is located on the southeast corner of 163rd Avenue and Dynamite Boulevard.
