A new McDonald’s in Surprise at the southwest corner of Cactus Road and Sarival Avenue will get a community review at the end of the month.
Stephanie Watney, of Withey Morris Baugh PLC, has called a required development project neighborhood meeting to discuss a conditional use permit with site plan for the new fast food restaurant.
The meeting will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30 at Sonoran Heights Middle School Media Center, 11405 N. Greer Ranch Parkway.

Surprise is already home to eight McDonald’s locations, including those inside Walmarts.
