Neighborhood meeting set for Surprise's first PNC Bank

Another banking option could be coming to the Prasada shopping center in Surprise.

PNC Bank is hosting a required neighborhood meeting this week to discuss its request for a conditional use permit with site plan for its new branch with drive-thru on the Southwest corner of Prasada Parkway and Cactus Road.

The meeting is set for 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at Residence Inn by Marriott, 16418 N. Bullard Ave. Trina Borja, of Service First Permits, will host the meeting.
