The growing intersection of Cactus Road and Sarival Avenue could soon have more options for motorists.
The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, Aug. 20 will take possible action on a conditional use permits with site plans for a Clean Freak carwash and a new Circle K gas station on the southeast corner of the intersection.
According to city records, developers are asking for the permit for a new 4,886 square foot Clean Freak carwash associated with the proposed Circle K in the Greer Ranch neighborhood.
