The Surprise Parks and Recreation Department will be temporarily closing the small and large dog parks at Surprise Community Park for overseeding of the grass areas.

Main Surprise dog parks to close for maintenance

The Surprise Parks and Recreation Department will be temporarily closing the small and large dog parks at Surprise Community Park for overseeding of the grass areas.

Both areas of the dog park will be closed Monday, Oct. 17 through Monday, Nov. 7.

During this temporary closure, dog park visitors are encouraged to visit Dick McComb Dog Park at 17894 W. Westpark Blvd.
