Fitness giant wants another outdoor workout area in Surprise

EOS fitness wants to grow outside in Surprise.

Natalya Upshur, of developers SimonCRE, has scheduled a required neighborhood meeting to discuss the gym giant’s request for a conditional use permit for an outdoor accessory use for a location on the southwest corner of Pat Tillman Boulevard and 163rd Avenue.

If the city council approves an outdoor accessory use designation in the future, it would allow for the development of an outdoor gym, which EOS calls “The Backyard.”
