Developers have called a required neighborhood meeting to discuss a planned auto service facility west of the southwest corner of Cactus Road and Prasada Parkway.
Brandon Crawford, of Greenberg Farrow, will discuss the request for a conditional use permit with site plan for the construction of an approximate 3,447-square-foot minor automotive service facility.
Crawford will host the meeting from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23 at Sonoran Heights Middle School Media Library, 11405 N. Greer Ranch Parkway.
