Eight Surprise police officers crossed the finish line at the West Valley Law Enforcement Training Academy. Their journey started long before the academy, with many participating in programs like S.P.E.E.D. and Interest to Badge, designed to prepare future officers for the challenges ahead.
“We’re not simply hiring officers, we’re developing people who are prepared to serve this community for years to come,” stated Chief Evan Becher reflected on graduation day. “Their success is a reflection of the hard work they put in and the investment our team makes in people from the very beginning.”
