Residents, businesses train on an AED devices at the Sun City West Foundation

The Arizona Fire & Medical Authority Fire Corps offers free AED (automated external defibrillator) and chest compression training to learn basic emergency response skills for both residents and business owners.

Chris Haas, owner of Haas Medical Supply, 13576 W. Camino Del Sol, said he decided to take the class because he believes response skills are valuable for everyone, especially as a business owner in Sun City West.

“You never know when the training could help save a life,” he said.
