Reader concerned about looks of Sun City West area

I’m sure Sun City West does not want to appear a budding slum.

Unfortunately, just as one turns on to R.H. Johnson, the first street on the right being Conquistador Drive, has dead bushes and trees on the corner greeting your sight.

I do not know if that is the corner home’s responsibility or the community’s. Just removing that dead foliage would be a simple matter for an entity which has a saw and a truck.

I have also seen some palm trees suffering along Parkwood. All they need is some iron and extra water.

Can we please address those matters so our community doesn’t give such a negative impression?
