The Iconic Tire & Service Center at 703 W. Ray Road, Gilbert, was sold last month, according to commercial real estate website vizzda.com.

An entity tracing to Jeff A. Darrow acquired the property for $1.75 million Dec. 4 from an entity tracing to Donald Anthony Hoffmann. There was no debt recorded with the sale.

The 4,892 square-foot automotive repair shop with eight service bays was built in 2000 on 0.47 acres zoned for a shopping center.
