Watercolor class in Surprise teaches other skills

Ground Floor Artists will offer an art class that delves into sketching, watercolor, pen and ink drawing and collage.

The session is from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 4, at the studio, 13343 W. Foxfire Drive, Suite 3.

Everyone is an artist in this class. Any level of artist can create beautiful, contemporary botanical drawings/paintings.

Participants can learn to use a variety of colored pencils, paper, watercolor, and professional watercolor markers.

Cost is $45. Karen Izzi is the insrtuctor.
